The organic farm 1.0 is characterized by replacing industrial pesticides with organic pesticides plus the use of organic fertilizers product of the decomposition of vegetable waste.
This new organic farm 2.0 implements new ideas:
- Don´t disturb the land, total elimination of the tillage of the land, the tractor isn´t used to flip the ground. When harvested, the old root is left on the ground.
